Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (Developers, Cloud Engineers, Sales, Support, etc.). • Build effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies. • Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. • Manage smooth onboarding and induction programs for new hires. 2. HR Operations & Compliance • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.). • Draft and manage HR policies, employee handbooks, and process documents. 3. Employee Engagement & Performance Management • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost motivation and retention. • Manage performance appraisal processes and feedback mechanisms. • Address employee grievances and provide conflict-resolution support. 4. Training & Development • Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads. • Coordinate internal/external training sessions for technical and soft skills development. 5. Strategic HR Initiatives • Assist management in workforce planning and HR strategy for business growth. • Support employer branding initiatives and career development programs. • Drive culture-building initiatives to create a positive and productive work environment. Skills & Qualifications: • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field. • 25 years of HR experience in an IT/Tech/Cloud Solutions company (preferred). • Strong knowledge of recruitment for technical roles (IT/Web/Cloud). • Familiarity with HRMS tools, payroll, and compliance processes. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
