About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Manage and optimize containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications across cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Configure and maintain monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch).
• Write robust scripts in Python, Bash, or Shell to automate recurring tasks and improve system efficiency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues; perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of production environments.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the SDLC.
• Continuously advocate for automation, efficiency, and DevOps culture within the team.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (B.E./B.Tech/MCA).
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps or related role.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.
• Expert in containerization and orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
• Proven experience with at least one major cloud platform : AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Skilled in scripting : Python, Bash, or Shell.
• Experience in monitoring/logging tools : Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch, etc.
• Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and security best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments and manage multiple priorities
