Roles & Responsibilities: Customize Workday Module HCM to align with business requirements. Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs. Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to provide insights and support business processes. Implement processes and solutions to maintain data quality and integrity within Workday. Work closely with HR, Finance, and other teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide support. Keep abreast of new Workday features, functionalities, and best practices. Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for all Workday development activities. Conduct thorough testing of Workday configurations and integrations to ensure functionality and accuracy. Must-Have Skills: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience with Workday, with a strong understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with Workday reporting and dashboard development. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
