Job Title: Senior Designer /Stylist

LOCATION -DELHI NCR

Key Responsibilities

Design & Customer Support

Conceptualize and design seasonal collections aligned with brand identity and market trends for Individual Customers.

Develop detailed sketches, CADs, and technical specifications for sampling.

Select fabrics, trims, colors, and finishes that balance creativity with cost-effectiveness.

Work closely with sampling and production teams to ensure high-quality execution.

Meet customers to style and design at their location and align with the production team to fullfill the order and also conduct trials and any customer issues.

Merchandising & Business Alignment

Complete QC check before and after sampling.

Build merchandise plans to achieve targeted sales, margins, and inventory turns.

Analyze consumer trends and competitor activities to inform design and merchandising decisions.

Collaboration & Vendor Management

Coordinate with sourcing teams, vendors, and manufacturers to ensure timely development and delivery.

Work with marketing teams to create compelling product stories and campaigns.

Leadership & Team Contribution

Present collections to customers , buyers, and key accounts with strong storytelling.

Ensure seamless communication between design, production, and sales teams.

Job Requirements

·      Masters Degree on Fashion and Merchandising from a reputed Institute.

·      Well Versed with Digital CAD,CLO 3d/Tech Packs

·      Presentable with good communication skills

·      Should speak Languages in English and Hindi

·      Flexible to travel on work to customer locations

·      Minimum experience of 3 years in handling design and customers.
