SENIOR DESIGNER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

You are a highly skilled Senior Designer cum Customer Service Executive responsible for leading the creative vision and commercial success of the collections at Mouktika Style and Design Private Limited. Your role involves conceptualizing and designing seasonal collections, developing sketches and technical specifications, selecting fabrics and trims, and ensuring high-quality execution in collaboration with sampling and production teams. You will also style and design for individual customers, conduct trials, and address any customer issues. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and design seasonal collections aligned with brand identity and market trends. - Develop detailed sketches, CADs, and technical specifications for sampling. - Select fabrics, trims, colors, and finishes balancing creativity with cost-effectiveness. - Work closely with sampling and production teams to ensure high-quality execution. - Meet customers at their locations, align with the production team to fulfill orders, and conduct trials. - Complete QC checks before and after sampling. - Build merchandise plans to achieve targeted sales, margins, and inventory turns. - Analyze consumer trends and competitor activities to inform design and merchandising decisions. - Coordinate with sourcing teams, vendors, and manufacturers for timely development and delivery. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling product stories and campaigns. - Present collections to customers, buyers, and key accounts with strong storytelling. - Ensure seamless communication between design, production, and sales teams. Qualifications Required: - Masters Degree in Fashion and Merchandising from a reputed Institute. - Proficiency in Digital CAD, CLO 3D, and Tech Packs. - Excellent presentation and communication skills. - Proficiency in English and Hindi languages. - Willingness to travel to customer locations for work. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling design and customers.
