Senior Delivery Manager

As a Senior Delivery Manager at Kanerika Inc., you will be responsible for project deliveries across multiple domains and customers, providing hands-on expertise in the full software development lifecycle. Your proactive nature, customer management skills, and software delivery experience will be crucial in adding value to job accomplishments. You will be based in Hyderabad, India, and report directly to the Co-founder & Head of Delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Manage project teams working on various technologies such as data integration, automation, and analytics - Act as the technology champion for customers, serving as the single point of contact for delivery and accounts - Contribute to developing the Technology Center of Excellence (COE) and implementing best practices - Prioritize and plan complex tasks, offering consistent updates without the need for follow-ups - Mentor, direct, and coach team members to enhance their leadership skills and technical expertise - Implement and enhance processes that are data-driven and goal-oriented - Collaborate with other functions within the company to ensure overall success - Implement organization policies consistently and identify top performers - Proactively communicate in all aspects of your influence, including projects, employees, customers, opportunities, and performers Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent - 12+ years of experience leading design and software delivery teams - Technical proficiency in Java/.Net, databases (SQL Server, CITUS, Mongo, Oracle), Kafka, CI/CD, Automation, Selenium - Hands-on experience in Cloud environments like AWS/Azure/GCP - Basic understanding of data warehousing, AI/ML, and RPA - Client relationship management experience with multiple clients/projects - Strong social skills, both written and verbal - Experience with Agile/Scrum and Project Management methodology - Expertise in resolving complex issues creatively and effectively - Significant experience leading the Technical Delivery of Enterprise Data management projects Kanerika Inc. is an award-winning global software products and services firm that focuses on empowering businesses to achieve their digital transformation goals through innovative solutions and services.
