IT&S GroupJob Summary:As a Senior Delivery Manager you will be responsible for defining, leading, and implementing end-to-end business solutions across multiple business units within BP’s Downstream organization. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand pain points, develop solutions to address those pain points, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time and on budget.Job Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional project teams in solving complex business problems.
• Develop strategies and plans to implement technology solutions.
• Create vision statements and define requirements for new products or services.
• Develop project plans including scope, schedule, cost, quality, communication, risk management and benefits realization plans.
• Identify areas of improvement in current processes and procedures.
• Develop detailed work plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Interact with senior leadership team members to finalize requirements and objectives.
• Present project status, issues, and progress to senior leadership team members.
• Provide input into the development of department policies, procedures, and goals.
  

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience working in Oil & Gas industry preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with others.
• Solid understanding of IT project lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, results driven.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Up to 10% travel should be expected with this role
