About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale, enterprise-grade digital programmes. In this role, you will orchestrate people, processes, and priorities to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes while fostering innovation and accountability across teams. You will act as the bridge between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers—driving visibility, alignment, and excellence in delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery of enterprise programmes, ensuring projects meet scope, time, and budget commitments.
• Lead ceremonies, planning sessions, and governance frameworks (RAIDs, reporting, escalations).
• Partner with customers to manage expectations and provide transparent delivery updates.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to identify and resolve risks and dependencies.
• Manage multi-team resource allocation and portfolio-level planning/reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, introducing modern frameworks and tools.
• Coach and mentor delivery managers, uplifting organisational capability.

Requirements

• Proven track record in leading large-scale digital projects/programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Lean, and modern delivery frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple teams, stakeholders, and enterprise-level dependencies.
• Excellent communication skills, including C-level stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in budget, contract, and commercial dependency management.
• Commitment to balancing delivery velocity, quality, risk management, and customer value.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with cloud-native, headless, or composable technologies.
• Familiarity with product lifecycles, UX/UI, and engineering workflows.
• Knowledge of delivery governance, risk/change management, and conflict resolution.
• Portfolio-level planning, procurement, and supplier management experience.
• Strong mentoring and leadership capabilities.
