Position Overview

Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize structured and unstructured datasets for analysis.
• Perform exploratory and advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for management and operational teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
• Automate recurring reporting and analytical tasks using AI/ML-based tools and scripting.
• Manage and optimize databases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
• Present findings in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency

  in data analysis tools and languages (

  Python, SQL, Excel/Google Sheets

  ).
• Must have experience with

  visualization platforms

  (

  Power BI, Tableau

  , or similar).
• Knowledge of

  database management

  systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
• Hands-on experience in automation workflows (Python scripts, AI/ML models preferred).
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets and build analytical models.
• Excellent

  problem-solving skills

  with an analytical and structured mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain insights clearly.
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp domain knowledge and industry context.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with a sense of ownership and responsibility.

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience in MIS, dashboards, or business intelligence reporting.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics or automation platforms.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or database management.
