Hiring

Senior Data Analysts

who can turn data into insights that drive decision-making across product, business, and operations.

Salary

: INR 25,00,000 - 40,00,000 / year (based on experience)

Location

: Remote (India) / Bangalore/Hyderabad/Delhi NCR preferred

Responsibilities

Work closely with product, business, and engineering teams to provide data-driven insights
Write efficient SQL queries to extract and transform large datasets
Build and maintain dashboards/reports (Tableau / Power BI / Looker / Metabase)
Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business and product questions
Design and track KPIs, metrics, and experiments (A/B testing, funnels, cohorts)
Communicate findings with clear visualizations and storytelling

Eligibility

2+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence / Product Analytics
Strong command of SQL (must have)
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
Understanding of business metrics, experimentation, and data modeling basics
Ability to work independently and present insights to stakeholders
