Senior Data Analyst

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guiding them to leverage data effectively while enabling self-service analytics capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and help shape the future of our data-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract insights and support strategic decisions within the Product & Technology division.
• Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to improve product performance and user engagement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into analytical solutions.
• Design and execute experiments (e.g., A/B testing) to validate hypotheses and measure product enhancements.
• Enable product teams to adopt self-service analytics for independent decision-making.
• Collaborate directly with product leaders and decision-makers to define KPIs and measure success.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure data accuracy, implement tracking solutions, and streamline data pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in the software or tech industry.
• Strong proficiency in

  SQL

  for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with

  data visualization tools

  such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Solid understanding of

  statistical analysis and modeling techniques

  .
• Exceptional communication skills — able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes through data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with

  Python

  or

  R

  is a plus.
