Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our data-driven team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data analysis, programming, and basic machine learning concepts. Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from diverse sources.
• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques; prepare and maintain reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
• Assist in building dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
• Apply basic machine learning models (regression, classification) for predictive analytics.
• Use Python, SQL, and Excel for data manipulation and data processing tasks.
• Present analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, scikit-learn).
• Basic understanding of SQL, statistics, and machine learning concepts.
• Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and basic model building.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of R, HTML/CSS/JavaScript for data-driven applications.
• Exposure to Big Data tools such as Hadoop or Spark (basic level acceptable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹359,866.70 - ₹604,794.89 per year
