Senior Data Analyst

Role Overview: As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team dedicated to delivering data solutions within the company. Your primary focus will be on handling data migration and reporting tasks for both day-to-day operations and project requirements. You will collaborate closely with the business application team and project team to cater to the data needs of various business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of data migration projects, including requirements gathering, data analysis, mapping, and transformation. - Collaborate with the Business applications team and Project team to ensure seamless data integration. - Document all data-related requirements and development work thoroughly to facilitate service transitioning. - Lead corporate data quality improvement initiatives by assessing data quality, identifying issues, and suggesting solutions for tracking and reporting. - Work with the business application team and stakeholders to drive continuous enhancements in data quality. - Develop and maintain automated business KPI reporting systems and assist in maintaining the Central Data Repository. - Utilize advanced SQL skills to write optimized queries, design efficient data models, and handle large datasets effectively. - Possess expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI and/or Tableau. - Participate in Data Migration Projects and demonstrate proficiency in English communication. - Hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst. - Have experience working with CRM data, particularly Salesforce, and exhibit strong business analysis skills. - Demonstrate effective communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. - Work independently while ensuring data privacy and security regulations compliance. Qualification Required: - Advanced SQL skills for writing optimized queries and data modeling. - Experience in Power BI and/or Tableau for data visualization. - Familiarity with data migration projects and CRM data, especially Salesforce. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Analytics. - Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst. - Strong business analysis skills and effective communication abilities. - Knowledge of data privacy regulations like GDPR and HIPAA. - Experience with Azure Data services, Power App, and ERP data integration. - Project management skills and familiarity with Logic App, Salesforce, and Business Central.,
