Senior Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

In this challenging position as Senior Customer Support executive, you will be managing the customer support activities (mainly email and Chat support) for a fast-growing Australian Company.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the customer support team to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Develop and implement customer service policies, processes, and standards
• Handle escalated customer complaints and provide effective resolutions
• Train, coach, and mentor customer support executives
• Ensure timely responses via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, operations) to resolve customer issues
• Prepare reports on customer feedback, trends, and support performance
• Improve customer experience and retention through continuous process improvements
• Maintain customer support tools, CRM, and knowledge base
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Customer Support Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of CRM and ticketing systems
• Ability to handle pressure and customer escalations
• Strong analytical and reporting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
