Essential Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounts, or related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer success, preferably in a SaaS company. - Proven track record in managing high-value customers. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proficient in CRM software. - Willingness to travel as needed. - Language Proficiency: Hindi + Bengali Desirable Requirements: - Experience with retail ERP.
