Role Overview

Senior Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed counselling sessions with prospective students and parents to guide them on program choices, admission procedures, and career prospects.
• Achieve enrolment targets through timely follow-ups, enquiry handling, and conversion strategies.
• Participate in outreach activities such as education fairs, seminars, school visits, and campus tours.
• Maintain accurate and updated enquiry, follow-up, and admission records in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure aligned communication and promotional efforts.
• Stay informed about institutional programs, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 3–7 years’ experience in student counselling/admissions within a college or university.
• Immediate joiners will be prioritised.

Desired Skills & Attributes

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and parents.
• Proven experience in meeting admissions/enrolment targets in a higher education set-up.
• Presentation and persuasion skills with a consultative approach.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced admission cycles.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and admission workflow processes.
