Join our team and play a key role in driving operational excellence across HCP contracting, vendor onboarding, and financial process management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for contracting processes
• Support the creation and tracking of quarterly business plans (QBP)
• Ensure adherence to client SOPs and compliance standards
• Coordinate status updates, maintain trackers, and support reporting needs
• Manage end-to-end HCP contracting: drafting, execution, POs, and invoices
• Support vendor onboarding and Medical Affairs program operations
• Handle non-PO submissions, payments, and financial documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, business, finance, or related field (4–8years exp.)
• Strong experience in vendor/supplier and contract management
• Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of compliance in healthcare/medical affairs
• Proficiency in project management tools and budget tracking
• Experience working with global cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with pharma compliance systems (e.g., Engage)
• Experience with contract/vendor platforms like Coupa, Ariba, Zycus, Icertis, Simplepay
