Senior Content Producer

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Production Leadership

• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of photo, video, and social campaigns.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Photographers, and Stylists to translate creative ideas into reality.
• Manage production budgets, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining brand quality.
• Supervise shoots — ensuring lighting, styling, and framing align with the MISHO aesthetic.

Content Strategy & Coordination

• Drive the production calendar across campaigns, collections, and seasonal launches.
• Partner with marketing teams to ensure all content supports strategic objectives.
• Oversee content output across platforms — website, social media, press, and e-commerce.
• Identify new creative opportunities, collaborators, and formats to enhance brand storytelling.

Team & Workflow Management

• Lead and coordinate internal and external creative teams — including videographers, photographers, stylists, and editors.
• Manage pre-production, on-set, and post-production workflows with efficiency and precision.
• Uphold MISHO’s standards for visual coherence, luxury tone, and production excellence.

Requirements

Must-haves:

•

• End-to-end editorial, e-commerce & video workflow ownership

• Mastery of Monday.com (or similar) and post-production (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere/After Effects)

• Stellar communication, time management & cross-timezone (India–UK) collaboration

Nice to have:

• Background in art direction/photography/motion

• Synology NAS/DAM experience

• Ad-platform specs know-how (Meta, Google, Pinterest)

• Sharp luxury taste & aesthetic judgement

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of creative production workflows (photo, film, digital).
• Familiarity with camera systems, lighting setups, and post-production processes.
• Skilled in production management tools and Adobe Creative Suite.

Creative Strengths:

• Deep understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and luxury aesthetics.
• Ability to translate brand vision into elevated, cohesive content across mediums.

Leadership & Communication:

• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities across creative and marketing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in film production, fashion communication, or visual media.
• Experience working with international luxury or editorial brands.
• Understanding of digital trends, short-form storytelling, and campaign analytics.
