About the Role:
Were looking for a content marketer to help scale our content efforts and improve brand visibility for Uniqode, a B2B SaaS platform targeting mid-market and enterprise customers in the U.S.
You ll own the end-to-end content lifecycle, from strategy and planning to execution, distribution, and optimization, and will be accountable for delivering measurable business outcomes.
You ll work cross-functionally with demand generation, product marketing, and sales teams, mentor other content contributors, and turn proprietary insights into thought-leading content that strengthens our category leadership in QR Codes and digital engagement.

Own content projects end-to-end - Youre not just a strategist, youre also an executor of these strategies.
Regularly bring new ideas to our existing content plans to grow Uniqode s brand
Convert our proprietary insights and playbooks into leading content that positions us as thought leaders in the QR Codes category.
Develop content ideas aligned with buyer needs
Collaborate with the lead content marketer on content strategy and planning
Support content distribution across multiple channels
Use AI tools efficiently while maintaining human creativity and brand voice
Track content performance metrics and contribute to optimization efforts
Assist with content operations, including editing, publishing, and workflow management
What we expect from you:
You have 4-6 years of content marketing experience, with B2B SaaS exposure preferred. Youre familiar with content marketing thought leaders and actively follow the space to stay current.
Youre ready to level up from basic content creation. You want to create impactful pieces that stand out from generic AI content and actually drive business results not just traffic.
You have a growth mindset and learning orientation. Maybe youve started a personal blog, contributed to publications, or experimented with content formats. Share your portfolio of work.
Deep understanding of SEO (including AI-driven SEO)
, content distribution strategies, and LLM optimization techniques.
Hands-on experience using AI tools for topic modeling, content generation, and search intent alignment
without sacrificing originality or brand voice.
Youre curious about B2B SaaS and how content drives business outcomes. You want to understand topics like customer acquisition, product positioning, and sales enablement even if youre still learning.
Data-curious mindset - comfortable with analytics and metrics.
You can work independently while collaborating effectively. Youre comfortable owning projects from idea to execution with guidance from senior team members.
Youre resourceful and eager to build your professional network. While you may not have an established contractor network yet, youre interested in learning how to work with specialists for different content needs.
