About the Role: We are looking for a strategic and technically strong Engineering Manager to lead our Platform Engineering team. This role is foundational to scaling Uniqode s platform and will oversee core infrastructure, internal and external analytics, and shared platform capabilities. As an Engineering Manager, you ll lead a team of backend engineers, data engineers, and DevOps specialists. You ll be responsible for managing infrastructure and security, guiding customer-facing and internal analytics platforms, and driving the development of shared services used across Uniqode s product lines including Authentication, Authorization, Orchestration, Payments, and AI Platform components.
