Job role - Senior Consultant - Security

Job Location - Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and planners to integrate security measures into project designs, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Provide expert guidance on physical security systems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and perimeter protection.
• Prepare detailed security plans, specifications, and reports to support project delivery and client presentations.
• Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to address security concerns and ensure project alignment with industry best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging security trends, technologies, and threats to provide forward-thinking solutions.
• Support project teams in managing budgets, timelines, and resources related to security deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in security management or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (eg. PSP) preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in security consulting, with a focus on planning and design projects.
• Proven expertise in integrating security solutions into multidisciplinary projects, such as transportation, commercial, or public infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of security standards, risk assessment methodologies, and physical security technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse project teams and clients.
• Proficiency in design and planning tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam) and security software is an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with local and international regulations, including building codes and security guidelines.
