Job Description

In this role, you will be the primary Functional SPOC with deep domain knowledge in Finance and Accounts (F&A). You will need to demonstrate expertise in F&A tools and workflow solutions such as BlackLine, Highradius, Coupa, Adaptive Insights, etc. You will lead client conversations with senior stakeholders from Fortune 1000 clients on various topics related to F&A, including benchmarking, industry trends, maturity roadmaps, automation, AI, analytics, and next-gen tech levers. Your secondary skills should include advanced presentation, documentation, and spreadsheet skills, as well as experience in stakeholder management within a matrix organization. Your key responsibilities will involve leading digital solutions in RFPs and new client pursuits, conducting gap analyses of F&A practice offerings, crafting solutions for proposals, and anchoring discussions with clients on F&A solutions, technology, ERP gaps, AI, and automation. You will play a crucial role in driving transformation across client engagements through process design, business requirements, and solution fitment. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated to work in individual contributor roles, and have the ability to thrive in an ambiguous work environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Demonstrate strong F&A domain knowledge - Lead client conversations on F&A topics with senior stakeholders - Analyze F&A practice offerings and identify solution development opportunities - Craft tech-driven solutions for proposals and client engagements - Drive transformation across client engagements through process design and solution fitment **Qualification Required:** - Expertise in F&A domain and tools like BlackLine, Highradius, Coupa, etc. - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to work in ambiguous environments - Experience in stakeholder management and working in matrix organizations Please note that the technical requirements for this role include experience in transformation roles with expertise in PTP and OTC implementation, as well as knowledge of various tools like PTP, Ariba, Coupa, SAP, Vim, Xelix, Basware, Workflow, ServiceNow, OTC, Rimilia, Highradius, Esker, Seralla, Celonis, RTR, BlackLine, Trintech, FloQast.
