Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities & Process Delivery:

MSP & Client Labour Audits: Manage end-to-end labour compliance audits for MSP and client engagements, ensuring adherence to statutory and client-specific requirements.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare audit-ready documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and client audit teams to ensure timely resolution of compliance queries.
Policy Adherence: Ensure all labour compliance processes align with company policies and legal standards.
Audit Readiness: Support audit preparedness activities including mock audits, gap analysis, and remediation tracking.
Communication: Provide timely updates to the Compliance Manager and relevant stakeholders on audit progress and findings.
