Senior Compliance Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

He / She should have:

• Good knowledge of Labor Laws (S&E, CLRA, Gratuity, Min Wages, PF, ESI, etc.) and procedural requirements
• Should also have experience and exposure in routine Labour Law Filings, Payments, and other related operations.
• Experience in visiting various Labor Offices (Labor Department, PF Department, etc.) and interacting with Officers.
• Exposure to preparation of correspondences to Labor related offices would be an added advantage.

This would include:

• making remittances,
• filing applications for approvals - new registrations, amendments, renewals, etc.
• generating challans,
• Transfers in and out, Withdrawals, Claims, etc. in case of PF,
• filing returns,
• answering queries,
• Helpdesks
• visiting the PF/Labor department,
• submitting documents with the officers, answering queries, Replies to notices, representations, etc.

Candidate should be a good team player, carrying out various functions within the Compliances department.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduates with exposure and working knowledge of Labour Laws and hands on experience in PF matters, good knowledge of provisions regarding applicability, rates, forms, returns, penalties and interest, claims, transfers, withdrawals, etc., interaction with officers in PF departments and good team skills, communication skills and proactive, will be considered.
