Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform daily bank / HR Related Reconciliations (Leave balances, Advances, etc.) for employees on different software/spreadsheet/manual, ensuring completeness.
  • Identify differences, prepare a neat reconciliation statement and resolve discrepancies between leave balances, transactions, and statements.
  • Utilize MS Excel skills to maintain detailed records of reconciliations and perform calculations as needed. Reports to be made available in the required format, within fixed timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding any issues or concerns related to reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding record-keeping and reporting.

  • This will be an excel intensive work, and the incumbent resource should be familiar with MS Excel - Functions, Formatting, Conditional Formatting, Pivot Tables and Macros. Knowledge of PowerBI would be an added advantage.

  • An experience in automation of small process activity would add to the employability.
