Reconciliation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of payments from

  Amazon

  ,

  D2C website

  , and other sales channels.
• Reconcile D2C payments specifically from

  Razorpay

  ,

  Checkout Payments

  ,

  Shiprocket COD

  , and similar platforms.
• Match order-level data with settlements, refunds, returns, COD remittances, chargebacks, and platform fees.
• Identify mismatches and coordinate with internal teams or external partners to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate settlement records and financial tracking sheets.
• Prepare

  data reports

  , dashboards, and performance summaries for management.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and customer support teams for smooth payout and settlement processes.
• Support audits, month-end closing, and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in payment reconciliation, preferably in the

  e-commerce sector

  .
• Strong hands-on experience reconciling

  Amazon settlements

  , marketplace fees, and D2C payments through

  Razorpay

  ,

  Checkout Payments

  , and

  Shiprocket COD

  .
• Proficiency in

  Excel/Google Sheets

  (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation, etc.).
• Working knowledge of

  Tally software

  for accounting and financial entries.
• Good understanding of e-commerce order flows, payment cycles, and settlement processes.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good to have:

• Experience creating automated data reports or dashboards.
• Basic accounting knowledge or familiarity with ERP/financial tools
