  • Post Graduate in Finance background (added advantage)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience in preparing balance sheet reconciliations, including but not limited to Suspense Accounts, Cash Accounts, Bank Reconciliation, Debtors Accounts, etc.

  • Knowledge of accounting concepts and reconciliation.

  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders across the globe, explain processes, and coordinate for supporting documents to prepare reconciliations.

  • Experience in updating commentary against open breaks and explaining it in different forums to global stakeholders.

  • High aptitude for cross-functional teamwork, collaboration, and a proactive mindset.

  • Flexible to work in 24x7 shifts.
