Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Commerce background

Post Graduate in Finance background (added advantage)

Roles and Responsibilities

Hands-on experience in preparing balance sheet reconciliations, including but not limited to Suspense Accounts, Cash Accounts, Bank Reconciliation, Debtors Accounts, etc.

Knowledge of accounting concepts and reconciliation.

Ability to communicate with stakeholders across the globe, explain processes, and coordinate for supporting documents to prepare reconciliations.

Experience in updating commentary against open breaks and explaining it in different forums to global stakeholders.

High aptitude for cross-functional teamwork, collaboration, and a proactive mindset.

Flexible to work in 24x7 shifts.
