Job Description

Role & responsibilities Play a key role as a member of the ANSR People, Organization & Culture Practice scale up and develop ideas for external market usage. Lead the development of rewards consulting products relevant and tailored to emerging GCCs, particularly in the Technology sector. Deliver high quality, effective solutions for our clients in the following areas: Market benchmarking (Compensation / Benefits) Pay ranges design & implementation Benefits design Budgeting / annual cycle management Compensation structuring Statutory impact & related updates Oversee the team and also manage C&B project modules independently (hands-on) Present solutions and recommendations independently in a structured and articulate manner to client / internal team Work with established ANSR GCCs to provide CoE consulting advice, design and implement specific rewards related projects Collate, analyze and create thought papers on the state of the market Preferred candidate profile 8+ years of experience in a compensation role, a mix of consulting and field C&B is preferred Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data / insights High level of proficiency in MS Office Regional / global experience in C&B Worked in a CoE Matrix environment. Working with external clients as a consultant/ expert advisor
