Cluster Manager

What You’ll Do

  • Operational Excellence

  • Monitor day-to-day operations across outlets to ensure consistency in service, food quality, and brand presentation.
  • Conduct operational audits covering guest experience, staff behavior, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Identify process gaps and work closely with outlet managers to implement corrective actions.
  • Quality & Hygiene Standards

  • Uphold and enhance hygiene protocols as per FSSAI and company SOPs.
  • Ensure back-of-house and front-of-house areas maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization.
  • Regularly audit kitchen, service, and storage areas for adherence to hygiene benchmarks.
  • Training & Development

  • Conduct periodic training sessions for outlet teams on service standards, grooming, guest handling, and hygiene practices.
  • Support new outlet openings by training launch teams and standardizing operational setups.
  • Compliance & Brand Standards

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and statutory regulations.
  • Maintain documentation for inspections, licenses, and operational compliance.
  • Reinforce adherence to brand SOPs, POS systems, checklists, and guest service parameters.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with Culinary, HR, and Admin teams to align quality control initiatives across departments.
  • Provide operational feedback to senior management and contribute to continuous improvement plans.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8–12 years of experience in multi-outlet restaurant or hotel operations.
  • Proven track record in

    operations audits, hygiene supervision, and SOP implementation

    .
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent understanding of

    restaurant systems, service flow, and compliance requirements

    .
  • Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Administration preferred.
