Senior Cluster Manager

1. Team Leadership and Development:

Team Management: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers.

Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Mentorship: Act as a mentor to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

2. Relationship Management:

Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at partner bank branches.

Bank Staff Engagement: Engage with bank staff to promote collaboration and drive insurance sales through effective communication and support.

Customer Focus: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs promptly and effectively.

3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Sales Tracking: Monitor sales performance across the cluster and ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.

4. Customer and Client Interaction:

Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Client Feedback: Collect and analyse client feedback to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
