The Role:

This isn’t just another kitchen job. You’ll be the person setting the tone in the kitchen, guiding the team, and dreaming up dishes that keep our guests talking. From everyday service to special shifts and takeovers, you’ll have the space (and responsibility) to shape how Conversation Room feels on the plate.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the kitchen with both creativity and care.
• Keep the menu fresh, playful, and rooted in solid cooking.
• Work hand-in-hand with the bar team to make food and drink flow together.
• Drive kitchen takeovers, collabs, and experimental menus.
• Train and inspire the team - build a culture of learning and good vibes.
• Keep standards high - from the quality of ingredients to how a plate lands on a table.

What We're Looking For:

• 3- 4 years of solid kitchen experience, ideally with time at some of the country’s best restaurants.
• A strong cooking foundation but open to new ideas and flavours.
• Leadership chops - someone who can run a team without losing the joy of cooking.
• A great attitude: adaptable, collaborative, and hungry to grow.
• Love for experimentation, but with respect for craft.
