As a Senior Client Servicing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own and nurture key client relationships
• Translate client needs into clear briefs for internal teams
• Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Manage influencer/celebrity-led campaigns across digital platforms
• Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and production teams
• Anticipate challenges and proactively drive solutions
• Ensure client satisfaction through timely communication and follow-through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
• 5+ years of experience in client servicing or brand management (agency experience preferred)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A keen understanding of influencer marketing and digital content
• Ability to lead, inspire, and execute with precision
