Senior Civil Site Engineer

Job Title: Senior Civil Site Engineer (Township Devlopment) Experience Required: 8+ Years Location: Lucknow Industry: Construction / Real Estate / Township Development Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Site Engineer with over 8 years of hands-on experience in township development projects. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of AutoCAD , Excel , Word , and site execution activities , and should have worked extensively on OHT (Overhead Tanks), STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), road construction, drainage systems, sewage networks, soil testing, auto levelling, and pole deployment . Experience with Farvision will be considered an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for township development projects. Review and interpret project drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD . Execute civil works including OHT, STP, drainage systems, sewage, and road construction . Conduct soil testing, auto levelling, and site surveys to ensure compliance with structural and geotechnical requirements. Coordinate and manage pole deployment activities as per project needs. Prepare and verify labor bills , monitor workforce deployment, and ensure productivity tracking. Maintain accurate site records, daily progress reports, and documentation. Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to construction schedules. Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word for reporting and documentation. Utilize Farvision software for project tracking and reporting (preferred, not mandatory). Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in civil site execution, preferably in township projects . Proficiency in AutoCAD , MS Excel , and MS Word . Strong understanding of construction methods , labor billing , and civil engineering practices . Knowledge of Farvision ERP is a plus. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage teams on-site.
