About the Project We are undertaking a land development project that involves the planning, design, and execution of approximately 100 residential plots . The scope includes site grading, road network development, drainage systems, water supply network, and septic tank systems . Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise all civil engineering works related to the project. Coordinate with surveyors, architects, sub contractors. Oversee site execution to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards. Manage project timelines, materials, and budgets. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site staff. Prepare progress reports and documentation for approvals and inspections. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Civil Engineering; Master’s Degree preferred. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in land development, infrastructure, or township projects. Strong knowledge of roads, drainage, water supply, and sewage systems . Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and related software. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
