Senior Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise on-site engineering operations for water supply, wastewater/sewerage systems, storm-water drainage, and flood management projects.
  
• Ensure all site activities comply with project specifications, safety standards, and government regulations.
  
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and municipal/ULB authorities to ensure timely project execution within approved budgets.
  
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and quality checks to verify construction work meets engineering and quality standards.
  
• Support material procurement, resource planning, and ensure smooth workflow at site.
  
• Manage all project documentation, including DPR, site diaries, quality reports, and compliance records.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in coordination with the project manager and design engineers.
  
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of water and environmental infrastructure assets.
  
• Liaise with clients, local authorities, vendors, and stakeholders for uninterrupted project progress.
  
• Lead, mentor, and supervise junior site engineers and on-site staff.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
  
• 5–7 years of experience in water supply, wastewater, stormwater drainage, or flood management projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and environmental standards in water infrastructure.
  
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, project specifications, and contracts.
  
• Strong communication, team coordination, and leadership skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple project locations as required.
