Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to handle the full tendering process. The main responsibilities include finding tender opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, ensuring all requirements are met, and keeping proper records. This role also involves working closely with different teams to make sure tenders are submitted on time and meet all standards. Key Responsibilities: Identify and monitor relevant tenders through various sources (government portals, online tendering platforms, etc.) Analyze tender documents and client requirements. Prepare and submit tender proposals within deadlines. Maintain data of past tenders, proposals, and responses. Track submitted tenders and follow up on outcomes. Key Skills: Strong understanding of public and private tendering processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Strong organizational and coordination skills. Experience Required: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar tendering or bid management role. Prior experience in sectors such as construction, engineering.
Job Summary: The role involves supporting the planning, design, and documentation of projects related to water supply systems, sewerage networks, storm water drainage, and flood management . You will work closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective and sustainable engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design of water distribution networks, sewerage systems, storm water drainage, and flood protection structures . Support the preparation of engineering drawings, layouts, and hydraulic profiles using CAD and other design software. Conduct basic hydraulic and hydrological calculations under supervision. Analyze survey data, site conditions, and utility information to inform designs. Ensure designs meet relevant codes, standards, and environmental regulations . Coordinate with internal teams and consultants and local authorities. Participate in site visits , investigations, and design reviews as required. Maintain organized project documentation and assist in quality control. Qualifications: Bachelors Or Master degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering , or a related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience. Basic knowledge of hydraulic modeling and water/wastewater design principles . Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D , or other relevant design software. Understanding of storm water management , drainage planning , and flood mitigation concepts. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
