Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead design, execution, and management of infrastructure and geomatics-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, site supervision, project planning, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, within scope, budget, and timelines, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects such as roads, highways, drainage, buildings, and land development.
• Review and approve technical drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders for timely project delivery.
• Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections, survey verification, and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with geomatics and GIS teams to integrate survey data into engineering designs.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and environmental regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Education: B.E./B.Tech (Civil Engineering) from a recognized institution; M.E./M.Tech preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, and MS Project/Primavera.
• Strong understanding of surveying, geomatics, and GIS integration.
• Knowledge of IRC, IS codes, and MoRTH specifications.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in highway and road design, land development, or municipal infrastructure projects.
• Exposure to LiDAR, drone surveying, or remote sensing applications.
• Familiarity with government and private tendering processes.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
