Senior Civil Engineer

Role Overview: You are joining a leading healthcare institution as a Senior Civil Engineer for hospital projects. Your role will involve leading end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of hospital infrastructure projects. You will coordinate with various consultants for design integration and ensure compliance with hospital-grade civil works standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of hospital infrastructure projects. - Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing consultants for design integration. - Review and approve construction drawings, BOQs, and site layouts. - Lead vendor negotiations, tendering, and contractor management. - Monitor site execution, ensure timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols. - Prepare project reports and present progress to management. - Coordinate with hospital management to ensure patient-centric infrastructure planning. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 15 years of experience in hospital/institutional projects. - Expertise in hospital-grade civil works, including fire safety norms, medical gas pipelines, OT standards, and NABH compliance. - Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and civil engineering software. - Must have handled large-scale healthcare or institutional projects independently. - Strong team leadership and communication skills. - High understanding of hospital-specific civil infrastructure standards. - Budgeting and resource planning. - Project documentation and regulatory compliance.,
