As a Project Management Consultant for Hospital Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of hospital construction and renovation projects. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while adhering to healthcare regulations and quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing the entire hospital project life cycle, from design to commissioning. You will be required to develop detailed project plans, coordinate with various stakeholders such as architects, contractors, and equipment vendors, and monitor project progress through site visits and status meetings. Additionally, you will need to ensure compliance with healthcare construction codes, safety norms, and statutory regulations, review technical drawings and budgets, oversee equipment procurement and installation, and provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. Your role will also involve identifying and mitigating potential risks, supporting in obtaining required licenses and approvals, and facilitating the smooth handover and commissioning of hospital facilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree. Possessing a PMP or PRINCE2 certification is desirable along with a minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in hospital or healthcare projects. Strong knowledge of hospital design, MEP systems, medical equipment planning, and healthcare compliance standards is essential. Moreover, you should demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, the ability to handle multiple stakeholders, and proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD. Preferred attributes for this role include experience in greenfield hospital development or major hospital renovations, familiarity with smart hospital technologies, modular construction, and strong analytical and decision-making skills.,
