Hospitals Project Head

To lead the organisations infrastructure expansion efforts through Planning and construction

of Greenfield and Brownfield hospital projects. This role requires a unique blend of

healthcare industry knowledge, construction expertise, project management skills, and a

commitment to delivering state-of-the-art healthcare facilities. Also plays a crucial role in

ensuring that hospital projects are completed efficiently, on time, and in compliance with

healthcare regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Requirements:

• BE / B.Tech Civil Engineering or higher

• Knowledge and understanding of Greenfield and Brownfield execution, including

design/build/planning and all major work-streams required to take an idea through to

full operational execution and delivery, knowledge of Healthcare Technology,

Specifically HIS, EMR and Mobile applications.

• Good communication & interpersonal skills, must have experience in designing

and executing hospital projects ranging from 50 beds to 500 beds hospitals.

• Ability to represent hospital needs with an understanding of the broader economic

demands that need to be balanced in a strong academic enterprise.

• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, codes, and standards.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work under pressure.

• Problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.

• Professional certifications are advantageous.
