The role involves direct supervision of on-site teams, coordination with stakeholders, regular reporting to clients on progress and issues, preparation and submission of quotations for additional or variation works, and forwarding approved documentation to the accounts team for invoicing. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day civil construction activities, including site preparation, excavation, concreting, formwork, reinforcement, and finishing works.
