We are seeking an experienced Civil Works Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves direct supervision of on-site teams, coordination with stakeholders, regular reporting to clients on progress and issues, preparation and submission of quotations for additional or variation works, and forwarding approved documentation to the accounts team for invoicing. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day civil construction activities, including site preparation, excavation, concreting, formwork, reinforcement, and finishing works. Supervise and lead construction workers, subcontractors, and labor teams, providing direction, training, and performance feedback. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular site inspections and implementing safety protocols to minimize hazards.
