Key Responsibilities:
-Overall responsibility for project planning, execution, and team management-Oversee civil, MEP, and finishing works-Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors-Ensure compliance with quality standards, project timelines, and budgets-Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and managers-Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and schedules
Minimum 20+ years of experience in high-rise or commercial building construction
Worked with reputed construction companies on large-scale projectsStrong leadership, decision-making, and contract management skills
