R Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in commercial real estate to oversee and manage the development and execution of commercial projects in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all phases of the project, ensuring the successful delivery of commercial properties on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Lead the planning and execution of commercial real estate projects (office buildings, retail spaces, industrial facilities, etc.). Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee the execution of project phases, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Coordination with Stakeholders: Serve as the primary point of contact between developers, contractors, architects, and external stakeholders. Collaborate with clients, investors, and vendors to ensure project goals align with business objectives. Organize regular project meetings to update stakeholders on progress and address concerns. Budget Management: Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring proper allocation of resources. Track costs, approve expenditures, and ensure cost-effective management of resources. Monitor financial performance and report any variances to senior management. Team Leadership: Lead a team of site engineers, contractors, and consultants. Ensure clear communication and efficient workflow among all teams involved in the project. Provide guidance and resolve any issues related to team performance, site operations, and contractors. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the project complies with all local building codes, zoning laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality. Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Quality Control & Handover: Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project. Review all phases of construction, ensuring specifications are adhered to. Oversee the final handover of commercial properties to clients, ensuring all final inspections and documentation are completed. Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Provide regular updates on the projects status, milestones, and any potential delays. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project management within the commercial real estate sector. Proven track record in managing large commercial development projects (office buildings, retail centers, mixed-use developments). Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, cost management, and contract management. Knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations specific to Pune and Maharashtra. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications are preferred.
