Position Title: Senior Civil Engineer

Location: Kuniya Group of Institutions, Kasaragod, Kerala

Position Summary:
The Senior Civil Engineer will oversee the planning, design, and execution of institutional and construction projects within Kuniya Group. The role involves managing technical teams, ensuring structural integrity, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards while driving timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise civil construction projects from design to completion.
• Prepare and review structural designs, estimates, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal departments.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, regulatory norms, and safety protocols.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and monitor progress.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Guide junior engineers and ensure quality assurance across all phases.
• Support management with reports, documentation, and technical recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Proven expertise in project management, site supervision, and structural design.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
