Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with 8–10 years of industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning, design, execution, and supervision of civil engineering projects such as buildings, infrastructure, roads, or industrial facilities. Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of civil engineering projects. Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure work complies with design, quality, and safety standards. Manage contractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure timely completion of projects. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other engineers for project integration. Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and timelines. Handle quality control, documentation, and project reporting. Ensure compliance with government regulations, building codes, and health & safety standards. Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties or problems that may arise on-site. Required Skills and Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. 8–10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects (residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other civil engineering software. Excellent project management and leadership skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
