Office Boy

मुख्य कर्तव्य और जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Duties and Responsibilities):  आफिस का रखरखाव: चाय, कॉफ़ी, और अन्य पेय पदार्थ लाना और परोसना; आने वाले आगंतुकों का स्वागत करना और उन्हें संबंधित व्यक्ति तक ले जाना। फ़ाइलिंग और वितरण: फ़ाइलें, दस्तावेज़ और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण कागजात संबंधित व्यक्तियों तक पहुँचाना और व्यवस्थित रखना। कार्यालय की स्वच्छता: कार्यालय को साफ़ और व्यवस्थित बनाए रखना, जिसमें पानी की बॉटल भरना, कचरा फेंकना आदि शामिल है। सामान्य सहायता: प्रिंटर और अन्य कार्यालय उपकरणों में कागज डालना, और कार्यालय से संबंधित अन्य छोटे-मोटे काम करना। आगंतुक सेवा: कार्यालय में आने वाले आगंतुकों का स्वागत करना और उन्हें संबंधित व्यक्ति तक पहुँचाना। Key Responsibilities Office Maintenance & Cleanliness: Maintaining cleanliness in common areas, pantries, and washrooms.  Dusting furniture, cleaning fixtures, and vacuuming floors.  Disposing of trash and waste materials.  Restocking supplies like washroom materials.  Administrative Support: Serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.  Handling mail, couriers, and internal document delivery.  Assisting with basic clerical tasks, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.  Managing and organizing office supplies.  Operational Support: Running errands as requested by staff.  Assisting with setting up meeting rooms.  Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.  Greeting visitors and managing initial inquiries.  General Support: Ensuring a smooth and efficient office workflow.  Cooperating with other staff to maintain a positive work environment.  Maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.  Required Skills and Qualifications  High school diploma or equivalent education. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Time management and the ability to work independently. Flexibility to perform various tasks and errands.
