Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Channel Manager to drive new and incremental business growth in India. In this role, youll be the key to our expansion, building strong relationships with new and existing channel partners, and exceeding sales targets.

This is a dynamic position where youll have the chance to make a significant impact on our success in the region. If youre a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and a talent for building partnerships, we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do

Drive Channel Sales: Youll lead all sales activities through our channel partners, including Systems Integrators, Service Providers, and Technology partners. Youll work with their sales teams to identify new business opportunities and enable their success with sales collateral and joint customer presentations.
Manage Partner Relationships: Youll develop, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with our partners, understanding their business models and structuring agreements that meet their specific needs. Youll be their trusted advisor, providing "industry expert" level guidance to help them sell our products and services.
Expand Our Reach: Youll develop a full pipeline of qualified sales prospects by working with a network of channel partners and consultants. Youll create demand for our digital products and services, highlighting their value and clear differentiation in a complex sales environment.
Achieve Revenue Targets: Youll be responsible for meeting and exceeding all sales quotas by executing effective channel growth strategies.

What Youll Bring

A bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Proven channel sales experience in the region, with a background in the IT security industry (hardware and/or software).
Experience with Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM system.
Strong financial acumen and a creative, strategic approach to sales.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
Experience with data protection, encryption, and cryptography is a plus.
The ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships with trust and credibility.
