Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Strategic Projects team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office



Lead critical change initiatives across various business, partnering closely with key stakeholders to drive successful organizational transitions. Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of work strategies, leveraging AI and innovative approaches to transform business models, operations, and culture. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex change in a dynamic environment

  • o:Lead and manage key components of change initiatives in collaboration with business leaders and critical GSD stakeholder
  • s.Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans aligned with stakeholder RACI matrices and the criticality of change impact
  • s.Conduct change readiness assessments and provide ongoing support to teams throughout transitions to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruptio
  • n.Partner closely with People Partners and Learning & Development teams to design and implement future of work strategies, with a focus on AI-driven transformatio
  • n.Provide a holistic, cross-functional perspective to identify opportunities for business model, operational, and organizational transformatio
  • n.Drive the development and delivery of innovative strategies and solutions that enable sustainable change and business growt
  • h.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change management best practices and transformation initiative
  • s.Monitor and report on the progress and impact of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcome
