Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Operations Analyst, located in Gurugram. The Senior Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business operations, developing actionable insights, and improving efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include conducting data analytics, creating business reports, and collaborating with various teams to enhance business processes. The role requires exceptional analytical skills and effective communication to drive strategic decisions and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Business Operations and Business Analysis skills
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent for data analysis and reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics proficiency
• Excellent Communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
