Senior Business Development Manager (US Market)
Full-time | Onsite | Hyderabad | 5 Days | Max Notice Period 30 Days

We are hiring for a global B2B SaaS product organization serving HealthTech, PharmaTech, and Life Sciences clients. The role focuses on new business acquisition in the US market with full ownership of the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
  • Build and expand revenue pipelines across global life sciences customers
  • Execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market expansion
  • Manage CRM, sales enablement tools, presentations, and proposal documentation
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and C-level executives to close strategic deals
  • Work closely with leadership to support market penetration and business growth

Required Experience

  • 7 to 10 years of total business development experience in SaaS or technology solutions/services
  • Minimum 3+ years of SaaS selling experience, including at least 1+ year selling to US/global markets
  • Proven track record of new business generation, not only account management
  • Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals with senior decision-makers
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Experience in B2B SaaS companies (HealthTech, PharmaTech, Biotech preferred)
  • Stable career history with at least 2+ years per organization (valid reason needed for exceptions)
  • Ability to work US time zones
  • Hyderabad onsite requirement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent management qualification is a plus
  • Experience executing measurable go-to-market strategies
  • Experience coaching or supporting business development teams
